سياسة الخصوصية
خلاصة سريعة: التطبيق لا يجمع أيّ بيانات شخصية، ولا يتطلّب حسابًا أو تسجيل دخول، ولا يعرض إعلانات، ولا يحتوي على أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات. كل المعالجة تتمّ على جهازك، والفيديوهات المنتَجة تبقى لديك.
1. من نحن
«قصص بالآيات» مشروعٌ خيريّ غير ربحي (وقف). المسؤول عن هذه السياسة ونقطة التواصل:

2. البيانات التي نجمعها
لا نجمع منك أي بيانات شخصية، ولا نرسل أي بيانات إلى خوادم يملكها المطوّر. لا يوجد في التطبيق تسجيل حساب، ولا اسم، ولا بريد إجباري، ولا موقع جغرافي، ولا معرّفات إعلانية، ولا أدوات تحليلات (Analytics) أو تتبّع.
يتوافق ذلك مع بطاقة خصوصية Apple App Store (Data Not Collected — لا تُجمع بيانات) وقسم Data Safety في Google Play (لا جمع ولا مشاركة للبيانات).
3. البيانات المخزَّنة على جهازك فقط
تبقى المعلومات التالية محفوظةً محليًا على جهازك ولا تغادره إلا بإرادتك:
- الإعدادات والتفضيلات (اللغة، المظهر، خيارات التصميم) — تُحفَظ محليًا لتذكّر اختياراتك.
- بيانات المصحف والتفسير — تُخزَّن في قاعدة بيانات محلية على الجهاز لتعمل دون اتصال.
- الفيديوهات المنتَجة — تُحفَظ في تخزين التطبيق، ويمكنك حفظها في معرض جهازك أو مشاركتها بنفسك.
يمكنك مسح هذه البيانات في أي وقت بحذف بيانات التطبيق أو إلغاء تثبيته.
4. أذونات الجهاز ولماذا نطلبها

التطبيق لا يستخدم الميكروفون (إذن التسجيل محجوب صراحةً)، ولا يطلب الكاميرا، ولا الموقع، ولا جهات الاتصال.
على أجهزة iOS تُطلب أذونات الوسائط عبر أوصاف Info.plist لمكتبة الصور: الوصول للصور لاختيار الوسائط، والإضافة إلى الصور لحفظ الفيديو المُنتَج. ولا يستخدم التطبيق «شفافية تتبّع التطبيقات» (App Tracking Transparency) على iOS.
5. الخدمات الخارجية (لجلب المحتوى)
لعرض النصوص والتلاوات والترجمة والتفسير والخلفيات، يتّصل التطبيق بخدمات عامة موثوقة لجلب هذا المحتوى فقط. عند أي اتصال بالإنترنت يظهر عنوان IP الخاص بجهازك لتلك الخوادم كما هو الحال في أي طلب عبر الإنترنت — لكننا لا نرسل لها أيّ معلومات شخصية عنك. هذه الخدمات هي:

- quran-tafseer.com — التفسير.
- everyayah.com و cdn.islamic.network — ملفات صوت التلاوة.

api.pexels.com) — البحث عن خلفيات الصور/الفيديو. راجع سياسة خصوصية Pexels على موقعها. - cdn.jsdelivr.net و files.quran.app — صور صفحات المصحف.
- github.com (
github.com/quran/quran.com-images) — خطوط صفحات المصحف في قارئ التطبيق. - Google Play (play.google.com) و App Store (itunes.apple.com) — للتحقق من وجود تحديث للتطبيق فقط.
تخضع بياناتك لدى هذه الخدمات لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بكلٍّ منها.
6. الأطفال
التطبيق مناسب للجمهور العام وليس موجَّهًا للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع عن قصد أيّ بيانات من أيّ شخص بما في ذلك الأطفال. ونلتزم بمعايير سلامة الأطفال ومكافحة الاستغلال (CSAE) الموضّحة في صفحة معايير سلامة الأطفال.
7. مشاركة البيانات وبيعها
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها، ببساطة لأننا لا نجمعها. لا يوجد وسطاء إعلانات ولا أدوات تتبّع من طرف ثالث داخل التطبيق.
8. أمن البيانات
بما أنّ بياناتك ومخرجاتك تبقى على جهازك، فإنّ حمايتها مرتبطة بحماية جهازك نفسه. لا نحتفظ بنسخ لدى المطوّر.
9. تعديلات هذه السياسة
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة عند الحاجة، وسننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذا الرابط مع تحديث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه.

Privacy Policy
In short: the app collects no personal data, requires no account or login, shows no ads, and contains no tracking or analytics. All processing happens on your device, and the videos you produce stay with you.
1. Who we are
Ayat Shorts is a non-profit charitable (waqf) project. The person responsible for this policy and point of contact:

2. Data we collect
We collect no personal data from you and send no data to any developer-owned server. There is no account, no name, no required email, no location, no advertising identifiers, and no analytics or tracking tools in the app.
This aligns with the Apple App Store privacy label "Data Not Collected" and the Google Play Data Safety section (no data collected or shared).
3. Data stored only on your device
The following information is kept locally on your device and never leaves it except by your choice:
- Settings & preferences (language, theme, design options) — saved locally to remember your choices.
- Quran & tafsir data — stored in a local on-device database so the app works offline.
- Produced videos — saved in the app's storage; you may save them to your device gallery or share them yourself.
You can erase this at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.
4. Device permissions and why we ask

The app does not use the microphone (the record permission is explicitly blocked), and does not request camera, location, or contacts.
On iOS, media permissions are requested via the photo-library Info.plist descriptions: access to pick media, and add-to-photos to save the produced video. The app uses no App Tracking Transparency (ATT) tracking on iOS.
5. Third-party services (to fetch content)
To display texts, recitations, translations, tafsir, and backgrounds, the app contacts trusted public services to fetch that content only. As with any internet request, your device's IP address is visible to those servers — but we send them no personal information about you. These services are:
- quran.com (incl.
api.quran.com,verses.quran.com,qul.tarteel.ai,static-cdn.tarteel.ai) — Quran text, timings, mushaf fonts, tajweed. - alquran.cloud — translations.
- quran-tafseer.com — tafsir.
- everyayah.com & cdn.islamic.network — recitation audio files.
- Pexels (
api.pexels.com) — background image/video search. See Pexels' own privacy policy. - cdn.jsdelivr.net & files.quran.app — mushaf page images.
- github.com (
github.com/quran/quran.com-images) — mushaf reader page fonts. - Google Play (play.google.com) & App Store (itunes.apple.com) — only to check for an app update.
Your interaction with those services is governed by each provider's own privacy policy.
6. Children
The app is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13, and we knowingly collect no data from anyone, including children. We uphold the Child Safety / anti-CSAE standards described on our Child Safety Standards page.
7. Sharing and selling data
We do not sell or share your data — simply because we do not collect it. There are no ad networks or third-party trackers in the app.
8. Data security
Because your data and outputs remain on your device, their protection follows your device's own security. The developer keeps no copies.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when needed and will publish the updated version at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date above.
